The SCH3114-NU is a versatile Super I/O controller designed for PC99/PC2001 compliant systems. It features a 3.3V (5V tolerant) LPC interface with advanced Hardware Monitoring capabilities, Security features, Power Control logic, and Motherboard Glue logic. This controller is equipped with temperature, voltage, and fan speed monitoring for efficient system management. Additionally, the Motherboard Glue logic provides essential power management functions and system logic, including reset generation and a watchdog timer. The SCH3114-NU integrates legacy Super I/O components, such as a floppy disk controller with Microchip's true CMOS 765B core, ensuring compatibility with IBM PC/XT and PC/AT architectures. With support for low power-down modes and the ISA Plug-and-Play Standard register set, the SCH3114-NU offers a reliable and flexible solution for various system requirements
