Power Analog Microelectronics, Inc. (PAM), established in 2004, focuses on advanced analog and high-voltage power integrated circuits. In 2006, Power Analog Microelectronics introduced Six Class-D Audio Amplifiers and appointed New VP Design Engineering and Promotes VP Application Engineering & System Architect. In 2007, Power Analog Microelectronics announced Completion of Series B Financing, delivered Industry’s First High-Voltage LED Driver with Integrated 3A Power MOSFET for driving up to 72 White LEDs and introduced Industry’s Best EMI 3W Class-D Audio Amplifier Family. In 2008, Power Analog Microelectronics Delivers a Versatile High Power LED Driver for Up to 30 Watts with Integrated MOSFET. In this year, Power Analog Microelectronics passed ISO 9001:2008 Certification.
PAM's families of products include the innovative "filter-less" Class-D audio amplifiers, application specific power management ICs, as well as high-power LED drivers, that are designed and manufactured on advanced BCD technology developed jointly withfoundry partners. These products are suitable for consumer applications such as Notebook PCs, LCD monitor/TV, automotives, portable DVD, USB speakers, multimedia cellular phones, GPS-navigation, and PMP/MP3 players.
