I use the JLINK+SW interface burning program, but the success rate of JLINK reading ID through the SW interface to connect the chip is very low, and the success rate of the burning program is lower, but sometimes it can be burned in. Most of the cases are mine. When programming the program or connecting the chip, KEIL is stuck, and then it prompts "No Cortex SW Device Found"

Problem with the line? Or is the usb drive current weak? Try another interface and a shorter cable.

Power supply problems are the most likely, followed by hardware design and cable quality

It is possible that the two wires of TMS and TCK are a bit long.

I found that this problem often occurs when using JLink, and the microcontroller is often locked. I have never encountered this problem with STLink.
