How to test the internal resistance of the high-power MOS tube in the power supply?

Hardware design

As the title, the internal resistance of 1mR mos tube, such as aon6500. How to test the curve of internal resistance changing with current for such ultra-low internal resistance MOS tube? What equipment can be tested.

They must have special equipment for measuring voltage with current, which automatically gives the set current and measured voltage.

This kind of low internal resistance, you said that the voltage is measured when the power is turned on, the accuracy error is too large, it is meaningless. The internal resistance of 1mR is exceeded at any time.

Passing 100A current is 100mv, as long as there is a large enough constant current source, it can be tested.

The big deal is 10A, 10mv, it is still easy to test.

Pay attention to the test error, 4-wire system.

The professional MOS tube tester can accurately test the on-resistance under each predetermined current condition above 10mΩ.

But when it is less than 10mΩ, because the contact resistance of the tube socket and even the depth of the tube insertion are enough to cause data fluctuations, the socket test system has nothing to do, or the test accuracy becomes very poor. Think of another way by yourself. For such a large current, pulse current testing is definitely necessary, which is not easy to do.
