Is it caused by the low power or not taking reasonable heat dissipation methods

Maybe the bootstrap capacitor and control resistance are wrong, right?

1. The current selection of MOS tube itself is small

2. The MOS tube current spike is too large when it is turned on and off

3. The opening time and closing time are too long

4. The voltage of G pole is too small, making the MOS tube work not in the constant current region
