This is the PCB board I have, but I don't know what model it is.

The silk screen on the PCB is Q3, which seems to be a triode, but I don’t know what model it is? 43NL displayed on IC

Next to the inductor, I guess it’s Power MOSFET

IC2 should be an ldo. You can measure the voltage of C3 to determine the output voltage of the LDO? Just find a replacement, ldo is basically pin to pin, the key is the current size, ripple, etc.

Q3 is estimated to be a Pmos tube. As long as you know the principle and find a new signal, it should not be a big problem. After all, the probability of knowing the model is too small by looking at the silk screen, unless you deliberately remember it.

The DA4 silk screen has a triode. Or it is a double diode.

I have never seen IC.
