EMC harmonic current cannot pass.

Hardware design

In the circuit shown in the figure, the load is a heating tube and the diode is used for half-wave rectification, but the EMC harmonic current test cannot be passed. What kind of improvement is needed on the circuit?

Pure resistive load, there should be no interference. The host should check whether there is interference on the 220 terminal, such as frequency converter, fluorescent lamp, etc.

The circuit has no other load. Will it be related to the power? My power is 1500W before diode rectification.

It is possible, but I feel like it is the electromagnetic interference generated at the switch contact. If the contact is oxidized, arc ablation can easily cause this situation.
