0-50mA to 4-20mA current conversion.

What IC can be used to convert 0-150mA current output into 4-20mA output? Because the PLC used as electrical equipment can only recognize the current range of 4-20mA.

Not applicable to IC. It should be done with a signal conditioner. According to your request, you also need to supply power to the signal conditioner.

You can first convert current into voltage, and then convert voltage into current.

First pass the 0-150mA current through the resistor or the amplifier to output 0-1.6V. Use the adder to add 0.4V to make the voltage output 0.4-2V, and the voltage conversion current makes the output 4-20mA. The proportional parameters feel suitable. Adjustment is fine.
