Super capacitors in series have a voltage equalization circuit. This voltage equalization circuit is a protection capacitor to prevent a capacitor from overcharging and damage. This voltage equalization circuit can prevent the capacitor from overcharging, and it can also prevent the capacitor voltage from being cut off at a certain point.

You don't need to add it. I used a super capacitor in a project before, just use it as a normal capacitor.
