Ask everyone, there seems to be no use of LDO, is that ZD Zener diode is stabilizing?

Indulge in step-down + regulator tube regulator, very common in small home appliances, I also share one

The 220V RC step-down voltage stabilized by a Zener diode, without LDO, is too expensive.
Those who have made small household appliances or toys know that even if it is a resistor, it can save money. When the functions and performance are the same, your solution saves a few cents than the competition, and it may win.

Capacitor step-down, that yellow flat block.
The 1M resistor R2 connected across is used to discharge the electric charge for the capacitor after the power is off for safety.
D1, D2, half-wave rectification.
ZD, voltage regulator tube, parallel voltage regulator.
