Can you help me see if there is anything to pay attention to when converting the 24V IO port to 3.3V IO port? Or is there a better solution?

Each transistor has a turn-on time and a turn-off time. If the signal jumps much slower than the switch time after 24 volts, there is no problem.

The logic is the inverse logic, if you need the same logic, you can use the PNP tube
