The current regulation problem of the circuit composed of high resistance resistor and MOS tube?

Hardware design

The internal resistance of the sensor is a high-resistance resistor. The specific resistance value is not sure, it should be G-level, the bridge is not measured, and there is an IC packaged in SOT23, plus the piezoelectric ceramic piece directly constitutes the acceleration sensor of the IEPE interface. Please help to analyze the analysis and do not know if my inference is correct?

With a simulation circuit, the waveform can come out, but the current range of the current source can be adjusted very small, and the current can't be increased. Are the circuit parameters correct, how to adjust the magnification?

Cannot work, AC equivalent can work, DC bias point cannot be established. 317 constitutes a constant current source load.
