The TL7702A, TL7705A, TL7709A, TL7712A, and TL7715A supply-voltage supervisors are designed specifically for use as reset controllers in microcomputer and microprocessor systems. These integrated-circuit supply-voltage supervisors monitor the supply for undervoltage conditions at the SENSE input. The RESET output becomes active when the supply voltage (VCC) reaches a value approaching 3.6 V during power up. If an undervoltage condition occurs during normal operation, the RESET outputs become active. The purpose of these supervisors is to ensure proper reset control in microcomputer and microprocessor systems by monitoring the supply voltage and providing reset signals accordingly.
