The LM50BIM3X/NOPB temperature sensor is a precision integrated-circuit device designed to sense a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C using a single positive supply. Its linear output voltage is directly proportional to temperature at a rate of 10mV/°C and features a 500mV DC offset, allowing for the measurement of negative temperatures without the need for a negative supply. The device offers an ideal output voltage range from 100mV to 1.75V and provides accuracies of ±3°C at room temperature and ±4°C over the full temperature range without requiring external calibration or trimming. The LM50BIM3X/NOPB is calibrated at the wafer level to ensure low cost and high accuracy, making it suitable for various temperature sensing applications. Additionally, with a quiescent current of less than 130µA, the device limits self-heating to a very low 0.2°C in still air, further enhancing its suitability for temperature sensing
