I use SGM6603-ADJ to adjust the voltage of 3.5V, it can be adjusted during debugging, and it can not be drawn on the board. What is the reason?

The capacitor should be as close as possible to the chip.

2 The foot is not grounded;

R5 of pin 3 is not grounded;

R3 of pin 4 is not grounded;

5 feet C21, 26 are not grounded

6-pin C24 and C25 are not grounded;

All ground terminals are empty.

I don't know how to add power when debugging.

Are you just hiding the copper, there is no ground wire.
