How does the pressure sensor feel the pressure to drive the motor?

Hardware design

When the pressure sensor feels a weight of less than five kilograms, it can start the motor, let the motor drive the mechanical rod to push it horizontally by five to ten centimeters and then stop working, and then it will not work when it feels a weight greater than 5 kilograms.

Asking this question should be a novice in technology, and it is not suitable to be realized by a single-chip microcomputer. I recommend using PLC or acquisition control card plus software to realize it. PLC requires a host and an analog acquisition module, which is relatively expensive. If you use the acquisition control card, you can choose YAV 8AD PRO, or USB 4AD PLUS, the host computer can do a little labview program, and it can be done in a day or two. hope this helps.

MCU + weighing sensor + stepper motor + transmission can be solved.

If the actual power control is not strict, the general control can meet these requirements. If the accuracy is high, relative components are required, such as single-chip microcomputer + pressure sensor + motor + motor drive programming to complete the control of the device and make the physical object to meet the required functions. .
