Today, the computer was not turned on, so I plugged in the board first, and found that the red light on the board kept flashing, and the STM32 nucleo target chip could not work, but the system worked as soon as the computer was turned on.
I found a mobile phone charger and connected the board, but it didn't work either.
Ask my friends, how does STM32 Nucleo use the Mini USB port on the board to supply power without plugging it into a computer. Where is it set up?

Find this document on the official website UM1724

I took a glance before, probably saying that the usb port powers the board if the st-link configuration is successful, and a switch (transistor or something) will be turned on.

There are two pin headers in the middle of the top. You can use jumper caps to short-circuit them.

Indeed, just connect to JP1.
