Can anyone help me see where the problem is with the tracking car I made?

This is the schematic diagram and PCB diagram of the tracing car I drew. When using Proteus simulation, the motor can run normally, but the motor does not rotate after the board is welded and the components are printed. Who knows the problem? The motor used in welding is a DC motor.

There is a problem with the power supply of the two chips.

Use a multimeter to check if your circuit is normal.

I tested it after soldering. Only the voltage at JP3 power supply and SW1 is 9.8V, and the voltage measured under other components is 0. Why?

Shorten the wire distance of the PCB backplane, try to minimize it.
