5V to 3.3V circuit has multiple short circuit capacitors, what is the reason?

As shown in the figure, this is a 5V to 3.3V circuit. Recently, there have been many cases of C14 (10uf, 35V) capacitor short circuit, do you have any insights?

What is the difference with C10, is it a part number and a batch of material? See if the material is wrong and what is the load behind the inductive load?

If C14 is the same specification and same batch of materials as C8 and C10, it seems that the influence of the placement of its components should be considered more. For example, external forces (impact) or PCB stresses (transition temperature change or torsional squeezing caused by the board separation process) during the transfer process.
