How to make MOS tube high-end drive circuit?

Hardware design
February 03, 2021 by Jocelyn 620

I made a MOS tube control relay. The following diagram shows the coil drive, but it is a low-end drive. It is said to be unsafe and does not conform to the general circuit rules. How to make a high-end drive.

Must high-end control? Half of the control is on the low end.

Why do you want to put 1 ohm resistor, your relay is a few V, should be based on your coil voltage to choose the above current limiting resistor, if your coil is 24V, then why VGS is greater than 6V, turn-on voltage Must be above 6V? Isn't MOS normally turned on with a small voltage?

Just use a PMOS tube.
