This is the current circuit, and the current waveform of the upper tube I measured is shown in the figure below:
1 is the upper tube current, 4 is the upper tube drive, and 2 is the lower tube current.
Channels 2, 3 are the switching tube DS voltages respectively
Now that the voltage cannot be increased, the tube can't stand it when it is about 400V, and the current waveform is a bit different from the simulation. What could be the reason?

It feels like a short circuit between turns.

Whether the transformer has magnetic flux saturation.
