The program cannot be programmed using ULINK. After pressing the DEBUG key, the voltage of the reset pin of the microcontroller changes from 3.3V to 2.8V. I do not know why.

Can you analyze the logic of this schematic diagram? In the end, why can't I burn the program and perform simulation? How can the reset pin voltage of the MCU change from 3.3V to 2.8V?

Do you have analog ground and digital ground in your circuit?

This program upgrades and burns the circuit, and the reset circuit shares the ground. The analog ground is in another circuit.

If this is the case, will there be a voltage drop between the two power sources.

If there is no problem with the circuit, the voltage will be reduced when the power supply is insufficient, which means that the load exceeds the capacity of the power supply.
