How to analyze Jetson TX2 discharge circuit?

As shown in the figure, the Jetson TX2 from Nvidia is used. Please help analyze the discharge process caused by CARRIER_POWER_ON.

When VDD_MUX is normally charged, 10uF+10uF and 4.7uF are fully charged, and the zero bias of the be junction of the transistor MMBT4403 is cut off.

When VDD_MUX is powered down, 4.7uF is discharged, the transistor be junction is forward biased, and the 1uF capacitor is charged to a high potential, making VIN_PWR_BAD# output low. At the same time, the diode on the BST54CN turns on and outputs a discharge signal

When VDD_MUX is powered off, the two 10uF capacitors will also discharge, but the discharge is slower than the 4.7uF capacitor. When the Ueb>Uon of the pnp tube mmbt4403, the transistor is turned on.
