The novice asks a question about the triode.

As shown in the figure below, when the output voltage + B terminal voltage increases, the Vb of the transistor VT553 increases; Ve does not change, so Vbe increases; how will Vc change?

According to the data, the increase of Vbe accelerates the conduction and the decrease of Vce.

What is the relationship between Vbe and Vce? Looking at the transistor characteristic curve, this relationship cannot be inferred.

Draw an equivalent circuit diagram of the transistor is not difficult to understand "what is the relationship between Vbe and Vce", and how to look at the "transistor characteristic curve".

Then, does the increase in Bbe increase or decrease Vce? According to this model, it should be positively correlated. The information given is the opposite.

Vce decreases as Vbe increases. This is because if ib increases, the current of ic = β*ib will increase accordingly, and the resistance above the collector will not change, the voltage drop across the resistance will increase, so that Vce will decrease.

If the output voltage increases in the amplification zone, the increase in ib speeds up the conduction. When the saturation zone is reached, ic does not change proportionally with ib, and ic obviously increases with the increase in uce. Vce increases or decreases only It's just the characteristics in different states.
