There is a sensor whose internal resistance is as high as 3~5M, and the voltage is roughly 60V. Now we need to measure this voltage, but once the voltage divider is connected, the voltage on the load drops to mV level immediately, and it is definitely not accurate. How to deal with this situation?

Refer to the internal resistance of the voltage range input circuit of the digital voltmeter, which is a few M levels.

The voltage divider resistance you use is too small, at least about 5M, and the input impedance of the voltmeter should be very high.

Isn’t it possible to use a voltage follower to transform the impedance first and then measure the voltage?
