I bought a voice module. I found that the speaker had noise during debugging. When I connected the oscilloscope to watch the speaker, there was noise on the 5V power supply. It should be a power supply problem, but a DC power supply. How can I filter out such a situation where the voltage is pulled down?

Change the high frequency filter capacitor of the power supply part slightly, and try.

Strengthen the power filter, especially the high-frequency capacitor value. The speaker will consume power, and the voltage provided by the power module cannot be pulled down. Under normal circumstances, there should be no voltage drop.

The fluctuation of the DC power supply used for power supply is a bit big.
