How to use allegro's motor driver chip A3950?

Dear masters, has anyone used allegro's motor driver chip A3950, please help, according to the level requirements of the chip pin in the manual, but the chip OutA, OutB has no voltage output, and the motor does not rotate. Ask for help.

In your picture, there is a fatal flaw in the connection of SLEEP. This is a logic pin. You must not pull it up to 24V from 10k. After reading the specification, there is a 100k ground resistance during work, so you should at least use it for pull-up. A 510k, otherwise this foot will hang directly. However, looking at the specification, it seems that there is no such 100k resistor during sleep, so I don't know if there is any risk.
