[OR gate] Can the OR gate form a self-locking circuit to drive the LED to keep on?

As shown in the figure, one pin of the OR gate will have a one-time pulse with a pulse width of 50ms, and the other input is connected to the output and grounded with a 1KΩ pull-down resistor. At the same time, the output of the OR gate is connected to a light-emitting diode through a 100Ω resistor to drive the diode to emit light. Is there any flaw in this design? I have simulated it and tested it out with a breadboard. It is all right, but why can’t I see this design in general designs? According to this design, can the 4 OR gates of a 74LS32 light up 4 LEDs at the same time?

The application of this circuit is very small, and it is not much different from the power indicator; if one can light up the LED light, 4 OR gates can also light up 4.

The 1KΩ pull-down resistor has too much ground current, and the 100Ω resistor and the diode connection are also too current.

It can't be turned off after lighting up.
