PCB design power module isolation problem?

EDA & PCB design
August 18, 2020 by Allen 1637

The power module on the PCB board often causes serious EMI problems. In order to reduce the interference of the power module to other circuit parts, the power module needs to be isolated. After consulting related information, some people suggested that the power module should be placed on the edge of the board, and then a via tape should be placed between it and other circuits. So the question is, how to route the output end of the power module after punching the via tape?

Use multi-stranded copper wire to connect to the opposite side of the via tape? Is there anything to pay attention to? Or do you have an application example in this respect, can you post a picture?

I haven't photographed this, but I have often seen various switching power supplies repaired. Some also use enameled wire as the connection wire.

The via strips are left blank, or there is a layer in the middle of the multi-layer board connected to the past, or the bridge overlaps.
