From the circuit point of view, it is similar to that of the amplifier to adjust the input current of the base of Q2. But is there any practical application of this circuit?

If you use 1V voltage is wrong, (1-0.7)/45.3=6ma, but your display is only 3ma, indicating that the voltage is not enough.

This circuit cannot complete the function of constant current, and changes greatly when the voltage changes.
