Generally black is a chip inductor. Chip capacitors are only black in the chip capacitors in precision equipment. Other common chip capacitors are not black.

Look at the model code – the chip inductor starts with L and the chip capacitor starts with C. From the initial shape of the circle is judged to be the inductance, and the resistance at both ends of the measurement is zero ohms, which is the inductance.
